Catalina JazzTrax Festival

The Catalina JazzTrax Festival, now in its 38th year, is one of the longest-running smooth jazz festivals in the U.S. This year’s event takes place over two weekends: October 9-12 and October 16-19, 2025.

Produced by visionary Art Good, the 2025 festival will showcase an incredible lineup of artists, including Marion Meadows, Damien Escobar, Eric Darius, Spyro Gyra and The Bob James Quartet along with many more. This diverse roster covers a broad spectrum of jazz styles, from smooth and contemporary jazz to traditional jazz and jazz-funk, offering performances that will captivate both longtime jazz enthusiasts and new listeners alike.

Festivalgoers can enjoy Thursday night concerts under the stars at Descanso Beach Club, or attend the main performances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the historic Catalina Casino Ballroom, an iconic art deco venue built in 1929.
